Ingredients
Slider Buns (preferably sesame seed)
Gibsons Seasoning Salt
Unsalted Butter
Lemon Juice
Parsley
Prep & Cook
1.) Remove filet medallions from the refrigerator and allow it to return to room temperature, 10-15 minutes.
2.) Preheat oven to 375’F (low fan if using convection oven). Generously salt filets with Gibsons Seasoning Salt (about a teaspoon for each side)
3.) Place filet medallions in the oven on the center rack. Cook to desired internal temperature (see temperature guide below).
4.) Make Mâitre d' butter. Mix unsalted butter with lemon juice, parsley and Gibsons Seasoning Salt.
5.) Spread Mâitre d' butter onto the your slider buns. Place slider buns, covered with foil in oven for 5 minutes.
6.) Assemble and serve.
